“That was one of the most painful moments that I’ve had in my career. Because I didn’t see that coming, and I wish that Dominik would have had a form of communication like we’ve had over the past years until that day.”

“I think it’s always good for a dad to open up and be honest with their son, and vice versa, for the son to open up and be honest with their father if something is not right.”

“Instead of fighting, talk it out, and that’s it. That’s with anyone: daughter with dad, daughter with mom, mom with daughter. I wish that Dominik would have had the time to pull me aside, and tell me you know what, ‘Dad I don’t like the fact that you picked Edge over me’, and I would have understood, and maybe he did, and at the time I didn’t pay attention. It really hurt.”
