Vince McMahon denies Sex trafficking and Sexual assault charges

Vince McMahon was the boss of WWE for multiple decades. The Wall Street Journal was the first to break the news about WWE’s former employee Janel Grant filing a lawsuit against Vince McMahon for sex trafficking and Sexual assault.

Vince McMahon has responded to allegations against him. Vince McMahon’s spokesperson tells Deadline that Janel Grant’s lawsuit is replete with lies and made up stories that has never happened. Vince’s spokesperson also says Vince would vigorously would defend himself.

This lawsuit is replete with lies, obscene made-up instances that never occurred, and a vindictive distortion of the truth. He will vigorously defend himself.”

WWE’s new owner TKO’ spokesperson told Deadline that Vince McMahon doesn’t control TKO nor he takes care of day to day operations of WWE. TKO’s spokesperson also notes that even though these incident has happened before TKO taking over WWE but TKO would take Grant’s allegations seriously and would address the matter internally.

“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter pre-dates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”
