by Bayley made her return back to WWE during 2022 SummerSlam, she was not alone, she brought Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai along with her. Dakota Kai was released from WWE in April 2022, and Iyo’s WWE status was unknown. Bayley with the help of Triple brought back Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky to WWE.
Iyo Sky won this year’s women’s MITB ladder match, she secured herself a title shot at anytime. Iyo Sky cashed in her MITB contract at SummerSlam 2023. The interesting thing is Iyo made her return back to WWE at the same PLE last year, but this year she’s WWE Women’s Champion. Bayley and Dakota Kai were very happy seeing Iyo with WWE Women’s Title.
Bianca Belair recently gave an interview to Mike Jone of DC101, where she talked about losing WWE Women’s Title in 90 seconds.
“I was champion for 90 seconds. I try to laugh about it to keep my spirits high. I always say, it still counts. At the end of the day, IYO SKY came out, she cashed in on me after I had gone through a 30-minute match with an injured knee. I’m not making excuses for it. If I was IYO SKY, I would have probably done the same thing, that’s what being Ms. Money in the Bank is all about. I’m definitely coming after that title, I only got to hold it in my hands for 90 seconds, the brand new WWE Women’s Title, I definitely want to hold it in my hands for longer than 90 seconds.
