There were many reports that Roman Reigns was injured in WrestleMania after fighting Brock Lesnar. So Roman might not fight for couple of week & will not have a match in WrestleMania Backlash.
Now Roman Reigns might not have completely recovered from injury. But he is fit enough to have a match. As per Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer radio, WWE has plans for Roman Reigns in WrestleMania Backlash.
“We were talking a couple days ago about, since they haven’t shot any angle with him, maybe they’re doing a pay-per-view without him. That is not the case. He is, in fact, in the main event. I presume they’ll shoot the angle on Friday. I don’t know that as a fact…but he is in the main event on the WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.
Roman Reigns had a promo with Nakamura, WWE might build up this fight in this weeks Smackdown, who knows WWE might also find a new competitor for Roman Reigns. Either way if Roman Reigns gets a match in Backlash, many fans would welcome it with both hands.
